To evaluate the efficiency of planning in the whole, you can use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are displayed under the upper toolbar on the Planning screen:

Cost means the total cost of all runs for one operating shift. 

Time means the total time taken for all runs for one operating shift.

Mileage means the total mileage of all runs for one operating shift.

When we add or remove orders the KPIs may increase or decrease, and the schedule may become more expensive or cheaper. The cost, time and mileage increase or decrease are displayed in brackets indicated after the total indicators, as it is shown in the figures 2 and 3:

The rescheduling or the orders reallocation also may cause the increase or decrease in the total cost, time and mileage.
