У вас появились новые заказы, а машины уже выехали на выполнение заказов и детали заказов уже переданы водителям? Не проблема - Максоптра дает вам возможность динамического изменения расписания. Вы вручную можете внести изменения в расписание, даже в переданное водителю.
It is applicable to update or do any required changes to the route even if it is in progress:
1. Remove orders.
2. Add orders.
3. Change the route sequence manually.
4. Re-sequence the routes in the run by ‘Auto re-sequence’. Right click on the route and select from the pop-up menu “Resequence deliveries”.
5. Change the start time window. Right click on the route and select from the pop-up menu “Change run start time”, new window will be displayed to adjust the start time window of the current selected route.
6. Send job details to the driver. You can send details of the run directly from the planning screen instead of the Track and Trace screen once you finish the required modification to the started run. Right click on the route and select from the pop-up menu ‘Send details to driver’.
However there will be alert 
flashing on route card to remind the dispatcher to send the updated details to the driver.
