Using the table view of the Planning screen, you can plan separate orders or the runs consisting of several orders. An order on the table view looks like the one in the figure below:

If you hover a cursor over an order in the table a pop-up window with the order information will appear:

Clicking on the order in the schedule window will highlight a respective order marker on the map and show the order capacity information in the left upper corner of the map.

To see the whole run of a particular vehicle, click on this vehicle in the list of vehicles and the schedule window for this vehicle will appear on the screen. Consequently, the route of the vehicle will be displayed on the map.

A vehicle run in the table looks like the one in the figure below. Let us study it more closely.

Using Run actions buttons, you can:
- lock/unlock run (),
- change run start time ,
- unallocate orders ,
- print the driver manifest ,
- export waybill to Excel ,
- send order details to a driver .
To add new run to a driver schedule, click on the button. It will create a new run where you can add orders:

When planning orders, use the upper toolbar to perform actions with the schedules and the map. To get the information about the upper toolbar, refer to the Toolbar section.

To evaluate the efficiency of planning in the whole, you can use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are displayed under the upper toolbar on the Planning screen:

While scheduling, you can edit planning settings for the current planning day from the Planning screen. Click on the button ("Settings") to open the Settings window (see the figure below):
