Maxoptra Website Widget

All Maxoptra users now have access to Maxoptra Website Widget designed to give customers an ability to track and trace on the map an order delivery. Your customer just needs to enter an order reference to the Widget's input field and recieve the information about current order location, estimated time of order delivery and a driver's position on the map.

To support data exchange between Maxoptra and Maxoptra Widget, use getCustomerOrderDetails method.

Planning screen changes: Vehicle sorting by various parameters (8315)

When planning, it is useful for dispatchers to see their vehicles arranged on the Planning screen according to certain parameters, for example, sorted by vehicle capacity, cost, or even by run duration. New sorting options are now available to help transport teams manage vehicle data on the Planning screen the way they need.

Email/SMS notifications - now you have the ability to notify your customers about order completion (now they are possible in case of order completion) - 16111

All Maxoptra users have access to email and/or SMS notifications of their customers on three different events associated with the order delivery. Starting from this release, we give you the ability to notify your customers about an order completion.

Manual planning: UNDO/REDO functionality (16454)

Our customers asked to allow reverting last made actions in the system. The feature is useful, for example, when a dispatcher allocates orders by dropping them into Gantt Chart during manual scheduling. Another case is when they use suggest allocation or assign an order to a particular vehicle. System add the order to the schedule. If the schedule after allocation a new order becomes worse a user has to search manually for the order to unallocate it. If the schedule includes a lot of orders the search can be time-consuming for dispatchers.
