To create Driver performance reports, select "Driver performance" in the "Reports" tab, set all parameters you need and click on the "Apply" button to display the report on the screen. The report on the screen looks like the one in the figure below:

To have Driver performance reports in printed form, click on the "Export" button: the report will be exported to Excel.

In the Driver performance section Maxoptra suggests the following six reports:

  • Overall report - contains general information on the drivers performance: the percentage of completed jobs, on time jobs and correct sequence, the average time deviation and average operation time:

  • Completed jobs report -  shows the diagrams displaying the percentage of completed jobs by each driver:

  • On time jobs report - presents the diagrams displaying the percentage of on time jobs by each driver:

  • Correct sequence report - shows the diagrams displaying the percentage of correct sequence of the orders execution:

  • Average time deviation report - presents the diagrams displaying the average deviation in time of arrival to the customer (in minutes). "-" means that the driver's average actual arrival time is earlier that the planned time of arrivals, and "+" means that the driver's average actual arrival time is later than the planned time of arrivals. "0" means that the driver's actual arrival time and planned time are the same:

  • Average operation time report - presents the diagrams displaying the average time (in minutes) of the orders execution:

You can create Driver performance reports both for one or several distribution centres, as well as for one or several days.
